Our holiday flat "Das Lissi" for 1 to 2 persons with 68 sqm, 2-room attic flat with panoramic balcony. In the spacious, open living room you will find the brand new, fully equipped cooking island as well as the cosy dining area. In the living area, the sofa and reading chair invite you to relax, with a magnificent view of the Zellerhorn. In the separate bedroom there is a double bed (2x100x200cm), wardrobe (incl. safe) and chest of drawers. The new, well thought-out bathroom with washstand, illuminated vanity mirror, towel radiator, hairdryer, WC and large rain shower (100x90cm) offers a lot of luxury in a small space. The very spacious, light-flooded entrance area with wardrobe and daybed is an additional retreat for daydreaming. A special highlight of this enchanting flat is the large, covered, out-of-sight balcony with panoramic views and the babbling of the Hammerbach stream, which flows through the communal garden. Bed linen, towels, initial kitchen equipment (kitchen towels, bin liners and dishwasher tabs) and final cleaning are included in the booking price.

Description

You will stay in the historic Haus Elisabeth in our charming attic flat "Das Lissi" (2nd floor) for 1 to 2 persons, completely renovated and lovingly furnished. Enjoy the ambience of tasteful and comfortable furnishings lovingly combined with traditional details from Upper Bavaria. You will find us in a quiet and very picturesque location directly on the Prien at the foot of Schloss Hohenaschau with a magnificent view of the majestic Kampenwand. One underground parking space and free Wi-Fi are available for you and included in the price. Garden with sunbathing lawn and bicycle cellar for communal use. Washing machine and dryer for a fee. Pets are not allowed. Pick-up service from Aschau train station available on request.

Environment description

From the flat you can start directly to many hiking routes in the Chiemgau mountains. The Kampenwandbahn is a 10-minute walk away. The village centre with all shopping facilities is approx. 1 km away.

Arrival Description

By car: Motorway A8 Munich/Salzburg - exit Aschau / Frasdorf or Bernau, turn left towards Aschau/Kampenwandbahn. Coming from Frasdorf: pass the entrance to Aschau i.Ch., follow the main road (Rosenheimer Straße) straight on, past the petrol station to the roundabout. At the roundabout take the first exit (signposted Kampenwandbahn) into Kampenwandstraße until you reach the traffic lights. Turn right at the traffic lights into Schulstraße and follow the road for approx. 300 m until you reach the Zellerhorn pharmacy. Turn left there into Zellerhornstr., follow the road for approx. 1.2 km until you reach house no. 66 with its light blue shutters on the right-hand side at the junction with Geigelsteinstraße. Coming from Bernau: pass the entrance to Aschau i.Ch., straight ahead on Bernauer Straße, approx. 50 m after crossing the railway track turn into the roundabout and towards Kampenwandbahn. Follow the road until the traffic lights, then see above.
