Our lovingly furnished holiday flat for 4 people (max. 2 adults & 2 children from 6 years), equipped with all comforts, leaves nothing to be desired. The tiled stove provides cosy warmth and in fine weather you can already enjoy breakfast on your own terrace. On the ground floor you will find the living area with SAT-TV (flat screen), W-LAN and stylish dining area with bench and chairs, as well as the fully equipped kitchen incl. dishwasher. On the upper floor, which has been completely converted into a visible loft and is covered with parquet flooring, is the bedroom with a double bed, a safe in the wardrobe and access to the balcony, as well as a children's room with two single beds. This room can also be used as a "snoring room". Something very special are the ZIRBENHOLZ-BETTEN, which we have made ourselves in our carpenter's workshop and equipped with a matching sleeping system. You will enjoy sleeping in them! In the bathroom, which is also on the first floor, there is a hairdryer and a vanity mirror.

Whatever the weather, you can already enjoy breakfast on your own fully covered terrace. On the ground floor is the conservatory, as well as the fully equipped kitchen incl. dishwasher and stylish dining area with bench and chairs. On the upper floor, which has been completely converted into an exposed loft and is covered with parquet flooring, is the bedroom with a double bed and a safe in the wardrobe, as well as a children's room with two single beds. This room can also be used as a "snoring room". Something very special are the ZIRBENHOLZ-BETTEN, which we have made ourselves in our carpenter's workshop and equipped with a sleeping system matched to it. You will enjoy sleeping in them! In the bathroom, which is also on the first floor, there is a hairdryer and a cosmetic mirror. We named our holiday flat "SCHOSSBACH" after the stream into which the nearby waterfall falls.
