Ferienwohnung Juchhee mit Balkon

Our non-smoking holiday flat Juchhee 35 sqm for 2 - 3 persons on the second floor of our farmhouse offers you a balcony with a fantastic mountain view. A living room and bedroom with double bed 180x200 cm, flat-screen satellite TV, free W-LAN, kitchenette and a dining table, cosy with wooden floors and underfloor heating. The kitchenette is equipped with a cooker/oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle. Bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer. Towels and bed linen are provided. On the gallery you will find another sleeping possibility with a French bed 140x200 cm. The gallery can be reached via a steep staircase that can be folded in and out (!) and is only suitable for sure-footed people. Two children can also stay overnight for an extra charge. We can provide a baby cot and a high chair on request. Pets are not allowed.

Welcome to the Auerhof in beautiful Chiemgau - your home away from home! We look forward to welcoming you to our farm and making your stay a pleasant one. Our apartment is characterised by its inviting, traditional atmosphere and rustic charm. From your balcony, you have a wonderful view of the mountains or, alternatively, our farm. Every morning, you can pick up your ordered bread rolls, milk and eggs from the farm right outside your apartment door. The location of our accommodation is a paradise for nature lovers and active holidaymakers. Right outside our door, the fascinating Chiemgau mountains stretch out with countless hiking and cycling trails. Breathe in the fresh mountain air and let yourself be enchanted by the beauty of nature. In just a few minutes, you can reach nearby Aschau or the mountaineering village of Sachrang by car or public transport. There are many opportunities for winter sports enthusiasts and various shopping options. Our farm with dairy cows, chickens, goats, rabbits and fish also includes an alpine pasture on the nearby Spitzstein. Please note that dogs and other pets are unfortunately not allowed on our farm.

About the host

Im Auerhof werden auch Zimmer vermietet, daher dürfen Sie gerne vor Ort ein Frühstück hinzu buchen. In der Nebensaison wäre dies nur mit Voranmeldung möglich. Hunde und Haustiere dürfen nicht mitgebracht werden.

Arrival Description

Der Auerhof befindet sich kurz nach dem Ortsende von Aschau Richtung Sachrang auf der linken Seite. Sie fahren durch den Ort Aschau i.Ch. in Richtung Sachrang, nach Ortsschildende Aschau ca. 1 km, dann kommt Außerwald, am Schild links abbiegen, Sie fahren gerade auf unseren Bauernhof zu.
