Description

Former farm in an idyllic secluded location on the outskirts of Aschau i.Ch. in the direction of Bernau am Chiemsee. Very beautiful view towards Aschau i.Chiemgau and the surrounding mountains to the Zellerhorn. Holiday flats in the adjoining house, rooms and holiday flats in the main house. 500 m to the bathing area with tennis court and moor bathing area, both with kiosk. 10 minutes walk to the orthopaedic children's clinic and 15 minutes to the town, 7.4 km to Lake Chiemsee and 3.3 km to the Kampenwand cable car. For a fee: washing machine and dryer in the house. Dogs and pets are not allowed in the flats and rooms.

Arrival Description

By car: Motorway A8 Munich/Salzburg - exit Aschau / Frasdorf or Bernau, turn left towards Aschau/Kampenwandbahn. Coming from Frasdorf: pass the entrance to Aschau i.Ch., straight ahead on Rosenheimer Straße, past the petrol station, at the roundabout take the second exit in the direction of Bernau, follow the road for approx. 1 km, pass the end of the village of Aschau i.Ch., shortly afterwards turn right into the driveway to the Zwickl family. Coming from Bernau: You pass the districts Außerkoy, Bucha and then Innerkoy. Turn left into the driveway to the Zwickl family. By train: Munich-Salzburg train connection - from Prien station to Aschau with the Chiemgaubahn.

Which positive impressions did you have?

Ferienwohnung 6 war mit allem ausgestattet, was es braucht. Die Küche hatte alle nötigen Utensilien und war moderner als auf den Fotos im Internet. Auch Schlafzimmer und Bad ließen keine Wünsche offen. Die Wohnung war außerdem sehr sauber. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb von Aschau, wer mit dem Zug anreist muss ca 20-25 Minuten laufen. Dafür ist man direkt am Berg und blickt aus dem Küchenfenster/ vom Balkon hinauf zum Wald. Nachts war es sehr ruhig und -dank der Außenjalousien- dunkel, was zu ausgesprochen erholsamem Schlaf führte. Es gibt zahlreiche Wanderungen (zb Kampenwand, ca 2,5h ab Unterkunft), was die Wohnung zum perfekten Ausgangspunkt für einen Aktivurlaub macht. Die Gastgeberin Frau Zwickl war sehr freundlich und immer für einen Plausch zu haben, wenn man sich über den Weg lief. Alles in allem ist diese Unterkunft für den angebotenen Preis ihr Geld mehr als wert und ich habe mich besonders gefreut, dass auch Menschen ohne all zu tiefe Taschen so ein Urlaub in den Bergen ermöglicht wird.

Ein super Zimmer. Sehr schön renoviert mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Ich habe schon einiges umgebaut und renoviert, hier würde ich nichts besser machen können, genau meine Wellenlänge. Mal eine Dusche, wo gleich warmes Wasser kommt und auch aus allen Löchern des Duschkopfes Wasser kommt. Da haben wir schon viele andere kennen gelernt, die sowas nicht auf den Schirm haben. Sehr einfache Buchung.

Die Wohnung hat eine neue Küche und ein neues Bad. Das Bett war wunderbar. Die Vermieterin war freundlich. Es gibt einen großen Balkon und wir konnten unsere Fahrräder in einen Schuppen unterstellen.
