Our holiday flat is in a very quiet location on a hill north-east of Aschau im Chiemgau in the direction of the Chiemsee, with a great view of the mountains. You live in wonderful nature and can go for beautiful walks from the house. into the Bärnsee nature reserve or take various bike tours towards the mountains and lake. bike tours in the direction of the mountains and the lake. Storage facilities for e.g. prams are available. A washing machine for use (for a fee) is in the cellar. Free car parking directly in front of the house, lockable storage space for bicycles in the garage

For persons from the 7th to the completion of the 16th year of life 1,80 EUR. Children up to the age of 6 years are exempt from local tax. You pay the local tax at your host.

Arrival Description

By car: Motorway A8 Munich/Salzburg - exit Aschau / Frasdorf or Bernau, turn left towards Aschau/Kampenwandbahn. Coming from Frasdorf: past the entrance to Aschau i.Ch., straight ahead on Rosenheimer Straße, past the petrol station, at the roundabout take the second exit in the direction of Bernau, follow the road, after the town sign end approx. after 750 m, turn left to Göttersberg, drive up the hill. Take the first right into Spöck, 2nd house on the right with house number 7. Coming from Bernau: Drive in the direction of Aschau, after the town sign at the end of Bernau drive past Außerkoy, then after approx. 100 m turn right to Göttersberg, drive up the hill. Take the first right into Spöck, in the 2nd house on the right with house number 7 you will receive your key to the flat in the adjoining house no. 5. By train: Train connection Munich - Salzburg - get off at Bernau or Prien station. From Prien station to Aschau with the Chiemgaubahn. RVO bus line 9502 Felden - Bernau - Aschau - Sachrang, bus stop Außerkoy. Please call us in advance, we will pick you up from the train station or bus stop.
