The cozy 45 sqm non-smoking vacation apartment, is located opposite the Chiemgau Thermen (3 minutes walk) directly on the beautiful Kurpark. The Simssee Klinik is also within 5 minutes walking distance. The location is an ideal starting point for numerous leisure activities, such as wellness in the "Chiemgau Thermen", hiking in the nearby nature reserve, cycling, guided or independent mountain hikes, swimming at the nearby lakes (Eggstätt-Hemhofer Seenplatte, Simssee or Chiemsee), or a ride on the cable car to the Kampenwand. A separate practice for physiotherapy is located in the house, as well as a coin-operated washing machine and dryer.The first floor apartment is barrier-free and has a separate entrance. In the quiet south-facing unenclosed outdoor area are two cozy garden chairs and a table.Parking space for a car and bicycles are available.

The prices quoted do not include a tourist tax of EUR 2.00 per person/night. For families, the first and second person each pay EUR 2.00 per day and EUR 1.00 for the third person. No visitor's tax is charged for each additional family member. Children from 7 - 16 years are also charged EUR 1.00, children from 0-6 years are exempt from the spa fee.
Arrival Description
Freeway Munich - Salzburg, exit Rosenheim always in the direction of Traunstein, in Bad Endorf pass the church on the right and drive through the village. Behind the Mercedes car dealer turn right into Kurstraße. At the end turn right again into Ströbinger Straße. Freeway Salzburg - Munich, exit Bernau, via Prien and Rimsting to Bad Endorf until you reach the Mercedes car dealer, there turn left into Kurstraße. At the end turn right again into Ströbinger Straße. Train: Munich - Salzburg line, Bad Endorf station. Footpath 10 minutes: go left to the Bauernwirt, go right around the inn and follow Jahnstraße until you reach Ströbinger Straße (adjacent).
