The vacation apartment is in a lovingly renovated farmhouse in a quiet and dreamlike location near the Eggstätt-Hemhofer Seenplatte. This vacation apartment is located on the first floor of the farmhouse and has a kitchen with dining area, 2 separate bedrooms each with a double bed and a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. Through the vacation apartment leads a wide old hallway through which also the guests for the vacation apartment on the upper floor must go to get to it. Please note that the hallway is then also used by other guests. In front of the house is a large garden + terrace where you can enjoy the sun or light the barbecue in the evening in a cozy atmosphere.

The vacation apartment on the 1st floor of a lovingly renovated farmhouse in a quiet and dreamlike location near the Eggstätt-Hemhofer Seenplatte has a kitchen with dining area, 3 separate bedrooms each with a double bed and a single room. If needed, a spare bed for another child can be provided. As a bathroom there is a separate toilet with washbasin and a separate shower. To get into the vacation apartment you have to walk through the large hallway on the first floor, where other guests may be, as there is also a vacation apartment on the first floor. Please note that the hallway is then also used by other guests. The upper floor and the first floor are not separated from each other. In front of the house is a large garden + terrace where you can enjoy the sun or light the barbecue in the evening in a cozy atmosphere.
