The exclusively furnished holiday flat offers you plenty of space and tranquillity on 150sqm, where up to 6 people can leave everyday life behind. Enjoy the view of the mountains in the afternoon or evening sun on the huge balcony. In the large living room you can relax on one of the three sofas with a good movie (large TV with cable TV and Netflix) or plan your next excursions via the internet (WLAN). If you like to cook, this is easy in the fully equipped kitchen. From the cooker to the coffee maker, everything is available to serve a magical meal in the dining area or on the balcony. The beds are made for your arrival and towels are ready for you. The newly built flat is on the 2nd floor, which you can reach by lift or stairs. The access is at ground level, without steps, so that even people with walking difficulties can reach the flat easily (e.g. with wheelchair or rollator). Well-behaved dogs and children are welcome. We provide a cot for baby or toddler.

Environment description

You can easily travel to the city centre, to the main railway station or to the Rupertus-Therme with the city bus (which is free with the guest card, by the way). The bus stop is only a minute away. You can also get to the centre of Salzburg by bus or train without traffic or parking problems. Free parking spaces are directly in front of the house. There are also numerous hiking possibilities directly from the house. You are in nature in 2 minutes.

Arrival Description

Coming from the A8 from Munich, take the first exit at the roundabout towards Bad Reichenhall and follow the B20 until you turn right into Münchner Allee towards the city centre. Turn into the first street on the left (Barbarossastraße) and drive to the end of the street. The house is diagonally opposite.
