This 2-room holiday flat in the attic consists of a living-dining room with kitchenettes, a separate bedroom and bathroom with spacious shower/WC. The living space is approx. 60m2. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (1.80m wide) and a single bed. The single bed can be pulled out. In the living-dining area there is an additional sofa bed. The kitchenettes are comfortably equipped, there is a dishwasher. From the outdoor seating area you have a wonderful panoramic view of the Predigtstuhl and the Staufen.

Notre appartement d'une pièce est situé au rez-de-chaussée de la maison et donne sur le jardin. Il a une surface habitable d'environ 40m2. La terrasse couverte ainsi que la pelouse invitent à la détente. L'appartement dispose d'une baie vitrée avec un coin repas et une belle vue sur la verdure, d'une kitchenette, d'un salon/chambre à coucher spacieux avec des lits armoires de haute qualité, ainsi que d'une salle de bain avec baignoire/WC. Les lits escamotables sont des lits simples, les matelas ont une largeur de 85 cm chacun, mais ils sont situés directement l'un à côté de l'autre. L'appartement a une entrée séparée.
