The holiday flat Schwan offers exceptional comfort and a cosy atmosphere. Our holiday flat with terrace is 60sqm in size. The open living-dining area has a corner couch and a dining area with a bench and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge and a coffee machine. The flat has 2 bathrooms. Of these, the guest bathroom has a shower and the second bathroom has a bath with a washer and dryer. The bedroom has a box spring bed, a farmhouse wardrobe and a TV. In-wall radios with speakers are available in all rooms. The terrace invites you to linger. There is also a lockable storage box here. Your car is parked in the underground garage with duplex parking. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace.

The Schwan holiday flat offers exceptional comfort and a cosy atmosphere. It is the ideal centre for an unforgettable time-out. Directly adjacent to the holiday flat, the Royal Spa Garden, the Ortenau Park as well as the pedestrian zone with retail shops, cafés and varied gastronomy invite you to stroll around. Concerts are held regularly in the Kurgarten or the adjoining Rotunda. All of this can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. Ideal for relaxing or for a social gathering. In the immediate vicinity of the holiday flat is the English "Mikes Urban Pub", which offers delicious food as well as 100 types of whisky. The sophisticated villas of the spa area are also impressive. Experience the healthy healing climate.

Environment description

Take a stroll along the hiking trails in the surrounding area. Through the shady Nonner Au, the Karlspark or along the Saalach. Enjoy Bavarian hospitality at the Niederalm above the town with a beautiful view. Discover the nature reserve and the many excursion destinations in Berchtesgadener Land. Bathing fun for the whole family is offered by the modern Rupertus-Therme.

Arrival Description

Arrival by car: Coming from the A8, take the Bad Reichenhall exit and drive onto the B20. Follow the signs towards Bad Reichenhall. Follow the road until you reach Münchner Allee. Continue straight ahead until you turn left into Liebigstraße. Then turn left again into Heiligenbrunnerstraße. Then keep slightly to the left and drive into Ludwigstraße. Arrival by train: Destination station is Bad Reichenhall. The main station is 750 m away from our accommodation. Arrival by plane: Salzburg Airport is approx. 15 minutes or 13 km away from the holiday flat.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der FW. Die FW ist sehr großzügig und liebevoll mit Geschmack eingerichtet. Durch den Garagenstellplatz ist die Wohnung per Aufzug bequem zu erreichen. Um die Ecke liegen Einkaufsgeschäfte und die Fußgängerzone . Man ist schnell wieder in der FW. Bad Reichenhall ist ein sehr schöner Badekurort mit wunder- baren Kuranlagen und einer Aussicht auf die Berchtesgadener Berge. Wir haben Tage genießen können und waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft.
