You live in a ground-level annexe with direct access to the sun terrace. This is at your free disposal with seating and barbecue facilities to enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains. The cosy living room, in which the dining area is also located, impresses with its country house style furnishings and the exposed roof truss. The living room and bedroom are heated with central heating. In the fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven and microwave you can prepare all your meals yourself. The newly equipped bathroom has a shower, washbasin and WC. In the separate bedroom, a double bed with high-quality mattresses ensures a restful sleep. Two further guests can sleep in the large double bed in the loft under the roof, which can be reached via a staircase. The flat is equipped with Wi-Fi.

Description

Starting point for numerous cycling and hiking tours. About 100 metres behind the house, the common section of the Saalachtal-Bodensee-Königsee cycle path passes by. You will find a bakery and an inn after only c.a 200 metres. Bus stops are just a few steps away, e.g. to get to the city centre, which is 3 km away. The city of Salzburg is only 20 km away. You will find several bathing possibilities such as the Marzoller open-air swimming pool or the Thumsee lake after only a few minutes drive. In winter, it is worth taking a trip to the surrounding skiing areas such as the Hochschwarzeck, Götschen or the Jenner, which are about 30 minutes away by car. Larger ski areas such as the Steinplatte or the Austrian Lofer/Heutal are also easy to reach by car. On the large meadow, a few metres from the house, your children can romp and play on the shady, public playground. Free parking is also available in front of the house. We are a young family who are looking forward to making your stay in Bad Reichenhall a pleasant one.

Arrival Description

Coming from the A8, take the exit Piding, direction Bad Reichenhall via the B20. After about 5 km turn right at the red information stand. At the T-junction turn left and drive over the tracks, then turn right into Teisendorfer Straße and then turn left into Auenstraße. At house no. 21 you have reached your destination.
