The Coco apartment with sunny balcony and view of Staufen and Predigtstuhl is located on the mezzanine floor. It offers a cozy living/sleeping area with a dining table, a double bed and a pull-out sofa bed (1.45 x 2.00 mtr.). The separate kitchen is fully equipped and allows self-catering. The bathroom is completely new and has a rain shower for relaxing moments. The house is centrally located in a quiet area and everything is within walking distance, including beautiful hiking trails. Bicycle storage and coin-operated washing machines, dryers and drying room are available. Free parking is available on the public roads. We are happy to offer an underground parking space with direct access to the apartment for 10 euros per day.

Description

Welcome to our vacation apartment for up to 3 people (or 2 adults with up to 2 children). Small dogs are allowed. The apartment is within walking distance of the Rupertustherme and the city center (10 to 15 minutes). Thanks to the central location, you can quickly reach a supermarket with butcher and baker and a NORMA and Penny store. Bus stops are within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance for the whole city area, to the Thumsee, to Inzell, Berchtesgaden, Salzburg. With the guest card you can use some connections free of charge. We look forward to welcoming you soon.

Arrival Description

Coming from the A8 from Munich, take exit 115 - Bad Reichenhall. At the traffic circle, take the first exit towards Bad Reichenhall and follow the B20 until you turn right into Münchner Allee. Follow the road for approx. 3 km until you turn right after the Neue Saline and take the first exit at the traffic circle. After approx. 300 meters, turn left into Sebastian-Stolz-Straße and continue straight ahead into Fischerbräuwiese. The accommodation is on the left-hand side. Arrival by train: The destination station is Bad Reichenhall/Kirchberg. The station is 9 minutes away from our accommodation. Arrival by plane: Salzburg Airport is approx. 18 minutes or 13 km away from our apartment.
