Enjoy pure sunshine from morning to evening in the living room with a wonderful south-west facing position. The backdrop of the Berchtesgaden Alps awaits you from the Untersberg and Predigtstuhl to the north to the Hochstaufen. Balcony: West facing! Enjoy the sunset in a deckchair with a cosy glass of home-drink. The kitchen is small, but sufficient and equipped with everything you need for your daily needs. Additional needs will be fulfilled if possible. In the bedroom the morning sun wakes you up in the double bed. Towels are provided. The equipment: Living room - TV, satellite, radio, kitchen: coffee machine, kettle, toaster, stove. In the living room there is a foldaway bed for the 3rd person. In our rural furnished holiday flat you live on two floors. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms - one with a double bed, one with two single beds. From here you enter our glass-roofed terrace and sunbathing lawn on an idyllic stream with a mountain panorama - an almost ideal place for barbecues. From the sheep rooms on the ground floor a staircase leads up to a passage room with another double bed. The bathroom with shower and toilet and the kitchen with sitting area and TV complete the space on the upper floor. Free W-Lan. Our rooms are equipped with wooden or laminate floors. We will gladly provide you with a children's travel bed. Dogs are only allowed by prior arrangement. We are looking forward to your visit
