Holiday home Reseda with 3 bedrooms

The ground floor is all about cosy conviviality. A large living room with couch and TV, a rustic Bavarian dining area by the tiled stove with hatch directly into the spacious kitchen, which also offers enough space for a shared cooking evening. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils, fridge-freezer, electric cooker with oven and ceramic hob, coffee machine, kettle, cutlery, pots and plates. Please help yourself to the herbs and oil. Washing-up liquid and dishtowels are of course already provided. On the ground floor there is also a guest toilet, a sun terrace with garden furniture and a small barbecue. The three bedrooms are on the first floor and can accommodate 5-6 people. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed 1.80x2.00 metres. The second bedroom is equipped with a French double bed 1.40x2.00 metres. In the third bedroom there are 2 single beds 90x2.00 metres. On the same floor there is a bathroom with a large shower, a toilet, a urinal and two washbasins. We would be pleased to welcome you with us. Please note that for organisational reasons we ask you to transfer the total costs in advance. Unfortunately it is not possible to pay cash or by card on site.

Description

Welcome to our holiday home. Here we share a small place of refuge, which the owner also likes to use herself. The mid-terrace house is in the middle of it all and yet very quiet. From almost every window there is a view of the mountains, blue sky and green mountain ridge - pure relaxation. From our house, it is a 10-minute walk to the hikers' car park, which is the starting point for many tours of varying degrees of difficulty. The supermarket with the bakery is within 10 minutes walking distance. The train station and the bus stop are only a few minutes away. From here, with the guest card, you can travel free of charge to Bad Reichenhall, Berchtesgaden, Königssee, Hintersee or Salzburg. You can reach Bad Reichenhall on foot in 15 minutes. Please note that the total amount is due two weeks before your arrival. Thank you.

Arrival Description

Car: Coming from Munich on the A8 motorway, take the Bad Reichenhall exit. Follow the B20 in the direction of Berchtesgaden. Take the 1 road on the right after the town sign Bayerisch Gmain into Lattenbergstraße. Then turn left onto Fallensteiner Strasse. The holiday flat is on the right-hand side. Train: Bayerisch Gmain train station is a 10-minute walk away. Plane: Salzburg Airport is 12 km away from here.
