The almost 40 square metre flat is located in the basement of a listed country house villa. It is situated on a south-facing slope in a completely quiet location and can be reached via a private road. Access to your holiday home is via the large breakfast terrace belonging to the flat. The flat is luxuriously furnished in typical country house style and has a shower room. It has a well-equipped kitchen with a bar and a living room with a tiled stove. In the evening you can fold down the two foldaway beds (90 x 190 cm). There is a washing machine in the cellar (free to use). It is also possible to use the sauna for a small fee. In your rooms you will receive free, fast W-LAN. The Waldhofalm garden flat is suitable for a maximum of two adults. One (1) dog is welcome for a fee (10 euros / day). Please provide proof of liability insurance for the animal on arrival.

The center of Berchtesgaden, spa management and train station can be reached by car in a short time, walking to the town center takes about 30 minutes. A bakery and grocery store are in just a short walk away. In the main house there is a washing machine in the basement (use free of charge) and a sauna, which can be used for a small fee. The apartment Waldhofalm is suitable for a maximum of two adults. Well behaved dogs are welcome for a fee.
