Description

Our house is situated in an absolutely quiet, sunny location. The flats are ideal for large families. Thanks to the large dining table and the large terrace in the Kehlstein flat, you can get together in a cosy atmosphere. We can also add a separate toilet for you. As the house is made of wood, you can enjoy a pleasant living climate, although it is not soundproof. From here you can enjoy a marvellous view of our Berchtesgaden mountains. Due to the central location (5 min. to the village), you can also walk to the centre or the bus stop. For your car you will find a parking space directly at the house, in the immediate vicinity you will find a house of the mountains, railway station (15 min), restaurant.

Environment description

urch die zentrale Lage ( 5 Min. zum Ort) ist, man auch zu Fuß, auf herrlichen Spazierwegen gleich im Zentrum oder an der Bushaltestelle. Einige Restaurants erreichen Sie zu Fuß ca. 5-15 min. In unmittelbarer Nähe finden Sie das Haus der Berge, Bahnhof (15 min), Restaurant. Fußläufig erreichen Sie den Bahnhof in 15 min, dort befindet sich auch der zentrale Bußbahnhof.

Unsere liebevolle Familie, bestehend aus den Eltern und drei Großen Kindern. Wir wohnen in der Nähe zum Ferienhaus.Neben unserer familiären Bindung kümmern wir uns auch um unsere kleinen tierischen Freunde - Hühner und Bienen, die unseren Garten beleben. Als Stylistin biete ich meinen Kunden ein breites Spektrum an Dienstlei

Arrival Description

Travelling by car From Munich and Innsbruck take the motorway exit Bad Reichenhall, from Salzburg and Vienna take the exit Grödig/ Berchtesgaden (toll sticker required). You can also use a route planner to get here by car via the German Alpine Road. Travelling by train From and to Munich, Innsbruck, Vienna and Salzburg. Recommendation: Take a taxi from Berchtesgaden railway station to Gästehaus Braun Airport Salzburg airport approx. 20 km, Munich approx. 180 km; bus/train transfer is possible from both cities.

Es war eine sehr saubere Wohnung und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Dekoration war sehr gut auf das Haus abgestimmt und in sehr gutem und gepflegten Zustand. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und gab uns Tipps für Unternehmungen. Ich würde das Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, modern und dennoch in einem traditionellen Gewand mit einer tollen Aussicht und direkter Anbindung. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden.

Which negative impressions did you have?

Die Dusche ist nicht ganz dicht und lässt zur Duschtür etwas Wasser durch. Ansonsten war alles tip top!

Sehr schöne koplette Einrichtung. Hilfsbereite Gastgeber und top sauber und gepflegt. Hier hätten wir es auch noch zwei Wochen ausgehalten. Etwas versteckt, Navi war überfordert, aber Gastgeber haben das gut gelöst. DANKE
