Description

Our mountain inn Pechhäusl is located in the middle of the Berchtesgaden mountains at an altitude of 1,100 meters in an isolated location. For several generations, the former farm with the beautiful wide meadows and the nearby forest has been owned by our family. In our pension with rooms and vacation apartments you can spend a dreamlike vacation. For especially relaxing nights, we have equipped some of our units with pine beds. Each unit is completely individual, cozy and lovingly furnished. In the evening we cook fresh and regional food for you in our restaurant. Enjoy the summer in our garden. The sunbathing lawn invites you to linger. The old lime tree protects you from too much sunshine in our beer garden. You can start to numerous hikes directly from the house. In winter you can start directly from the terrace to the ski slope of the ski area Rossfeld. The excursion destinations of Berchtesgaden are easy to reach by car and bus.Breakfast from 8.00-10.00 for early risers and hikers by arrangement.

About the host

Since 2010, after the handover from our parents, we Christiane and Manfred Metzenleitner lead the historic house "Pechhäusl". We try to convey tradition, customs as well as coziness and tranquility that radiates from the Berchtesgadener Land, to our guests to offer you a beautiful and relaxing vacation. We receive great support in our family business from our two sons Andreas and Thomas and our parents Lisal and Franz.

The mentioned prices are plus spa tax of 3,10 Euro for adults, 1,55 Euro for children/youth from 7 to 16 years and 0,00 Euro for children from 0 - 6 years per person and day of stay (subject to change).For dogs there are additional costs. For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival we charge a handling fee of 8,-.

Ein wunderschönes Zimmer in einem wunderschönen Haus mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge. Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker und die Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt!

Es ist sehr schwierig, etwas Negatives an unserem Aufenthalt zu finden. Vielleicht, dass kein Duschgel und Shampoo standardmäßig im Bad bereitgestellt wird. Oder dass beim Frühstück nicht regelmäßig nachgefüllt wurde, wenn etwas leer war. Das war es dann aber auch schon.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, von der Begrüßung, über Zimmer bis zum Essen, ins Pechhäusl kommen wir sehr gerne wieder, wir haben auch jeden Tag unseres Aufenthaltes die sehr gute Küche genossen. Wir waren nicht zum ersten Mal in Berchtesgaden, bei der letzten Unterkunft konnten wir dies nicht sagen, wurde auch nicht nachgefragt
