Our beautiful double room offers a large double window to fully enjoy the magnificent view. Equipped is the lovingly furnished non-smoking room with a double bed, shower / WC, a sitting area, TV, radio and toiletartiekl. Ideal for a few days stay in the Rostalm. The room is offered without breakfast and daily cleaning. A coffee/tea bar and a fridge are available for guests of this room. Please note that pets are not allowed in our house. WLAN is available free of charge.

Our idyllic Rostalm guarantees you a vacation full of relaxation, peace and cordiality in the midst of the beautiful Berchtesgaden alpine landscape. The prices quoted are exclusive of the visitor's tax of 3.10 euros for adults, 1.55 euros for children/young people from 7 to 16 years of age and 0.00 euros for children from 0 to 6 years of age per person and day of stay (subject to change without notice).

Arrival Description

Freeway exit Bad Reichenhall B20 direction Berchtesgaden. Approx. 5 km before Berchtesgaden - at the end of Bischofswiesen turn left at the traffic light - direction Maria Gern-Kreiskrankenhaus. After 1.5 km do not take the turnoff to Maria Gern, but continue straight ahead (half-right) on the farm road through the Rostwald. There you turn left after 1.3 km - 200 m to the Rostalm. From Berchtesgaden via the salt mine on the Salzburger Straße in the direction of the town center until you reach the town hall. From the town hall walk about 1.5 km over the Doktorberg to the Rostalm.

Das Appartement ist in top Zustand, Möbel,Ausstattung der Küche inkl. Elektrogeräte,Bad,Matratzen sind in tadellosem Zustand. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit und die Freundlichkeit des Gastgebers - immer für einen netten Austausch und Insider Tipps ansprechbar :) Die Lage ist ebenfalls ein Traum, herrlich ruhig mit tollem Ausblick und trotzdem nah genug an der Stadt um zu Fuß dorthin zu laufen und eine super Ausgangaslage für Touren in die Berge und beliebte Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region.

Which positive impressions did you have?

Das Haus, in dem sich die Ferienwohnung befindet liegt sehr schön und ruhig am Rande von Berchtesgaden. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist traumhaft. Das Stadtzentrum und der Rostwald sowie das Naturbad Aschauerweiher sind fußläufig erreichbar. Herr Drummer war sehr freundlich, für uns immer erreichbar und gab uns am Anreisetag eine Menge Tipps für zahlreiche Ausflüge und Wanderungen. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ich bin mit meinem 3 jährigen Sohn angereist und uns hat es sehr gut in der gemütlich eingerichteten Maisonette-Wohnung gefallen. Die Küche ist nicht groß, hat für uns völlig ausgereicht. Mit Markengeräten ausgestattet. Für die Spülmaschine bietet Familie Drummer kostenlose Spülmaschinentabs an. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Aussicht: Vom Esstisch oder vom Bett aus auf bzw. über Berchtesgaden ist super schön. Vor allem mit den Lichtern am Abend und wenn die Stadt teilweise im Nebel steht. Lage: Wir sind von der Rostalm schnell in die Stadt, nach Schönau, aber auch zum Ski fahren zum Göttschen gekommen. Diese würden wir definitiv wieder buchen.

Die Unterkunft ist ruhig am Ortsrand gelegen. Ideal, um einen entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen. Die Unterkunft selber ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Bei Ankunft wird man vom Gastgeber herzlich empfangen.

Vertrautes Miteinander, da ich seit Jahren Stammgast bin. Sehr sympathische Gastgeber, die auf jeden Wunsch eingehen und auch wertvolle Tipps geben. Die Nähe zu Berchtesgaden (zu Fuß erreichbar), die Rehe auf der Wiese vor dem Haus im aufsteigenden Morgennebel zu beobachten, das Geläut der Kuhglocken und die absolute Ruhe (keinerlei Verkehrslärm, der prächtige Sternenhimmel bei Nacht - das ist Genuss und Erholung pur.

Der Gastgeber war von Anfang an sehr freundlich und hat sich um das Wohlergehen gesorgt. Zwischendurch gab es außerdem ein paar kurze, nette Gespräche und Tipps für Wandertouren. Das fanden wir sehr schön. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich, außerdem gab es noch eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit.

Nicht direkt negativ,aber ein paar kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge: es ist zwar recht wohnlich, dennoch würden ein paar mehr Bilder oder gegebenenfalls etwas Farbe das Ganze abrunden. Vielleicht auch ein paar Regale mit Dekoration und eine weitere kleine Lichtquelle im Wohn/Essbereich. Das Bett ist bequem, quietscht und knarzt beim hin und her drehen. Der Balkon lädt noch nicht so sehr zum wohlfühlen ein (die Aussicht ist dennoch top).Vielleicht würden ein paar neue Möbel und Bepflanzung für mehr Gemütlichkeit sorgen.
