Description
Our guesthouse in Bernhaupten is located in a quiet residential area on a south-facing slope with unobstructed panoramic views of our local mountains "Hochfelln" and "Hochgern" and "Kampenwand". In addition, we have a large garden with swing. In the immediate vicinity there is also a playground. Bernhaupten belongs to the municipality of Bergen. The village center is 3 km away from us. Bergen itself is a lively place with a spa park, Kneipp facility, natural outdoor pool with beach volleyball facilities, shopping, restaurants and events. Directly from the house, hiking and cycling tours to the Chiemgau mountains or to Lake Chiemsee are possible. Also the bike path "Königsee-Bodensee" passes our house in the immediate vicinity. The train station can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. So there is nothing in the way of a day trip by train to Salzburg, Rosenheim, Munich or Traunstein. There is also a small supermarket near the train station, which covers your daily needs. Your breakfast rolls will be delivered to your doorstep by our local baker if required.

The prices mentioned do not include a spa tax of EUR1.10 per person/per day of stay for people aged 16 and over. Children and young people from the age of 6 to the age of 16, as well as severely disabled people whose degree of disability is 100 percent: EUR 0.55. Children up to the age of 6 are exempt from paying tourist contributions. Surcharge for dogs: EUR5 per dog/night*.
