There is a parking lot directly in front of the house. In one bedroom is a double bed, in the second bedroom are two single beds. The apartment has two bathrooms. In the smaller bathroom is a shower, a toilet and sink and a towel dryer. The accessible bathroom has a bathtub, a height-adjustable sink with a tilting mirror, and grab bars next to the sink. The ground-level shower has a movement area of at least 1.50 m. The shower walls can be folded outwards or inwards. There is a folding chair and grab bars in the shower. The shower toilet has a hair dryer function and the temperature of the water can also be regulated. Next to the toilet are handholds, which can also be folded upwards.
