Description

Only 1 km from the Chiemsee beach and the town center of Bernau, the renovated 2 room vacation apartment with a total size of about 70 sqm awaits you. It is located on the 1st floor of a 2-family house in the middle of a quiet residential area of Bernau. The apartment is attractively furnished and ideal for 2 people. With five chairs around a wooden table, the 26 sqm living room invites you to eat and work together. On the pull-out sofa bed you can lounge comfortably and read or watch TV. In the separate kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, stove with oven, kettle, coffee maker, dishes and kitchen utensils can not only make good coffee. The bedroom is equipped with a high-quality RUF double bed (1,60x2,00) and enough closet space. The bathroom with toilet and bathtub has two roof windows. And those who like to stay longer or travel light can use the washing machine.

Info spa fee: The spa fee is not included in the total price. Daily amount per person is 1,50 Euro. Started days are considered full days. The days of arrival and departure are calculated as one day of stay. Children and young people up to the age of 16 as well as holders of a severely handicapped pass with a degree of disability of 90% or more and their necessary accompanying persons are exempt from spa fees. The valid legal value added tax is included in the health resort fee.
