You can even walk to the accommodation from the train station.

A deposit of EUR300 must be transferred to the accommodation's account before arrival. This will be refunded after departure, provided that no damage has been caused by the guest. The visitor's tax is not included in the total price. The daily rate per person is EUR1.50. Partial days are counted as full days. The days of arrival and departure are counted as one day of stay. Children and young people up to the age of 16, as well as holders of a severely disabled pass with a degree of disability of 90% or more and their necessary accompanying persons, are exempt from the visitor's tax. The visitor's tax includes the applicable statutory value added tax. In order to ensure that residents and holidaymakers can live together harmoniously in this idyllic little town, we have established a few house rules to ensure good neighbourliness. By booking with us, you agree to the following points: Check-in is possible from 3 p.m. and check-out is no later than 10 a.m. Guests who exceed the agreed check-out time or delay our cleaning times are responsible for all resulting costs and expenses. Do not make reservations within your own place of residence. If you would like to book in your own place of residence, please contact us. Smoking, parties and loud behaviour are not permitted - not even on balconies or in communal areas such as corridors or stairwells. Violations of the smoking ban may result in a fee of EUR 250 as well as costs for special cleaning and damage repairs. The number of guests may not exceed the number of persons specified in the reservation. We charge EUR 30 per night for each unauthorised guest. Commercial photos or videos without our written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited. Guests are responsible for the cost of replacing lost keys, remote controls, etc. Please report any damage to us immediately so that we can work together to find a solution.
Arrival Description
Von der A 8 Ausfahrt Felden nutzen und Richtung Ortszentrum fahren. Nach dem Kreisverkehr die Richtung Bernau Zentrum fahren und an der zweiten Straße links einbiegen. Anschließend geht es sofort rechts in die Klausenstraße. Das vorletzte Haus auf der linken Seite ist deine Ferienunterkunft.
