By bike or on foot it is only a few minutes via the idyllic Birkenallee to the Chiemseepark Felden (a district of Bernau am Chiemsee) to the boat service to the islands, to the outdoor/beach pool with kiosk and lake terrace. As our guests you may use the Chiemseeringbus line from May to October free of charge and of course also take your bike with you. The convenient location allows you to reach our local gastronomy comfortably on foot.The house is conveniently located for day trips by car, train or bus. Direct access to the extensive network of biking and hiking trails in and around Bernau am Chiemsee. The convenient location of our apartment allows you in just a few minutes by car limitless winter sports in the nearby ski resorts, such as Ski amadé, Kitzbühel, Kössen, Reit im Winkl ... The nordic winter sports get on our tracked cross-country trails in Bernau and the surrounding area in the best way. But also the friends of winter hiking will find numerous, well-maintained routes for extensive tours.

Daily amount per person is 1,50 Euro. Started days are considered as full days. The days of arrival and departure are calculated as one day of stay. Children and young people up to the age of 16 as well as holders of a severely handicapped pass with a degree of disability of 90% or more and their necessary accompanying persons are exempt from spa fees. Arrival Description

Coming from the A8 (direction Salzburg) take exit 107 (Felden/Chiemseepark). At the traffic circle, take the second exit in the direction of the town center. In a slight right turn - before the bridge (Yachtcentrum) - turn left into Aicherstraße and then immediately the next right into Unterfeldstraße.
