The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was furnished and equipped to a very high standard and was very clean. Considerable thought had gone into ensuring guests had everything they needed. The location was excellent with a short 10min walk into town and an easy drive to the scenic hiking spots and lakes. The mountain views from the terrace are beautiful. Communication with the host was friendly and prompt. I have already recommended the apartment to friends and family.

Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und modern eingerichtet. Von der riesigen Terrasse hat man einen wundervollen Blick, auch von den Betten aus. Man sieht das Kehlsteinhaus, die Obersalzbergbahn, den Watzmann, ... Direkt unterhalb liegt das Polizeirevier von "Watzmann ermittelt". ;-) Bei Ankunft waren für uns zwei beide Schlafzimmer komplett bezogen und wir konnten uns aussuchen, wo wir schlafen. Die Beleuchtung ist vielfältig und ausgeklügelt, das hat uns auch sehr gefallen. Der Gastgeber empfing uns bei Ankunft, er war supernett und hat uns alles ausführlich erklärt. Die Familie wohnt direkt nebenan und ist erreichbar, wir hatten und brauchten aber keinen Kontakt weiter, da wir schon mehrmals in Berchtesgaden waren. Im Gang nach unten befindet sich ein Tiefkühlschrank, dort kann man TK-Brötchen rausnehmen und beim Gastgeber bezahlen (per Einwurf), das fanden wir sehr praktisch! Was wir noch sehr gut fanden, ist der kleinere Raum direkt am Eingang der Ferienwohnung, ausgestattet mit Regalen, Schubladen und Kleiderbügeln. Dort kann man alle Taschen, Schuhe und Jacken verstauen.
