Unser vollbewirtschafteter Hof liegt im Weiler Aufham, ca. 4 km nördlich des Ortes. Zu den Eggstätter Seen sind es zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad nur wenige Meter. Und zum Chiemsee sind es nur einige Minuten mit dem Auto. Auf dem Hof gibt es neben dem Nutzvieh, auch Kätzchen und Hasen, was die Kinder immer sehr begeistert. Unsere drei Ferienwohnungen sind im modernen bayerisch, ländlichen Stil eingerichtet, hell und mit modernem Komfort. Wenn Sie es wünschen, können wir Ihnen direkt unsere frische Milch und Eier vom Hof liefern und auch Semmeln können täglich frisch vom Bäcker bestellt werden. Für den Nachwuchs gibt es einen Spielplatz mit Sandkasten, Schaukel und Spielgeräten, sowie eine Tischtennisplatte und natürlich viel Platz zum Spielen und Toben. Gerne können unsere Gäste im Sommer auch den Grill benutzen, sowie eine Waschmaschine. Ihre Räder können Sie im Fahrradschuppen sicher unter stellen. Des Weiteren sind wir natürlich auch am Internet angeschlossen, zu dem Sie Zugang haben. Sollten Sie Reiter/in sein? Einen Reitplatz gibt es ganz in der Nähe. Auf Anfrage ist die Mitnahme eines Hundes pro Ferienwohung erlaubt - Aufpreis: 25,- Euro. This 65 sqm flat in modern Bavarian style, has two separate bedrooms with double beds and a modern shower room. The kitchen-cum-living room has a kitchenette with dishwasher, oven, cooker, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishes and everything else you need for cooking. It's a great place to chat and have a cosy meal. There is also a cosy sitting area with a couch and satellite TV, and for all those who can't do without it even on holiday - an internet connection. The east-facing balcony is particularly beautiful. We provide you with bed linen and towels.

With 75 sqm, this flat offers plenty of space for a family holiday. The cosy kitchen-living room has a kitchenette. It is very well equipped with cooker and oven, microwave, refrigerator (incl. small icebox), kettle and coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher. There is also plenty of crockery and cooking utensils. A dining area and a couch with satellite TV, as well as internet connection complete the furnishing in rural style. On the east balcony you can enjoy the sun already in the morning. There is a modern shower room with WC and three bedrooms, two of which are equipped with double beds and a smaller room, which can be used as a children's room, has a single bed. Only parquet flooring has been laid in the bedrooms. Of course, we provide you with sufficient towels and bed linen in the flat.
