Description
Our family-run guesthouse is situated in a quiet, sunny, secluded location amidst the charming landscape of the Chiemgau with a view of the Alps and surrounded by many natural beauties such as lakes, forests, moors and small mountains. This makes it the ideal starting point for excursions. The hiking and cycling trails start directly at the house. You will also find water sports facilities in the immediate vicinity, and Lake Chiemsee is only a few minutes away by car. Tennis courts and golf courses are also easily and quickly accessible. Enjoy our cuisine with Bavarian specialities. In addition to the traditional restaurant, we have a spacious conservatory and a cosy beer garden for summer hours. You can always enjoy our cuisine in the evening, except on Wednesdays, when we are closed. We also offer lunch on Sundays and public holidays. We are also happy to make separate offers for your anniversaries, weddings, birthdays or other celebrations.

From 01.01.2020, the municipal spa tax is no longer included in the final price and will be added to the invoice amount by the hosts. Guests from 17 years 1,00 EUR/night Children from 1-6 years 0,00 EUR/night Children from 7- 16 years 0,30 EUR/night Our rooms are tastefully furnished. Of course, they have a shower and WC, as well as TV with Sky, alarm clock and radio. If required, we can put a baby cot in your room. Breakfast is served in our guest room. The holiday flats are furnished in country house style and some have 2 bedrooms. The living rooms have a cosy sitting area, TV with Sky, DVD and radio and a balcony or terrace. The kitchens are also comfortably equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator with icebox, electric cooker with oven and of course plenty of dishes and accessories. We provide you with table and bed linen as well as sufficient towels. In the bathrooms you will find a shower/WC, partly also a bathtub and a cosmetic mirror. You can make use of an internet connection in the house. If you wish, you can use the bread service or book a rich breakfast in addition to your holiday flat in the guesthouse.
Arrival Description
By train: ICE stops in Prien or Bad Endorf, continue with RVO buses (line 9511). By car: Motorway A8 Munich direction Salzburg, exit Bernau. Continue to Prien (7 km) and then to Rimsting (4 km). At the Rimsting roundabout follow the signs to Seebruck and then Eggstätt. In Eggstätt drive through the town in the direction of Obing. Approx. 3 km after the end of the town, turn left into the first road (follow the signs to Sägwirt!).
