The 100 sqm maisonette flat is located in a former farmhouse on the 1st floor with a large balcony and separate entrance and can be used with up to 6 people. The flat is furnished in a high-quality and modern style.

Directly from the house, you can set off on nearby hikes, such as to Falkenstein Castle and the local mountains with Petersberg and Hohe Asten. In addition, the wonderfully situated surroundings of Flintsbach offer many varied leisure activities for all age groups and seasons: Hiking in the Manfall Mountains, cycling in the Inn Valley, swimming in Flintsbach's natural swimming pool or surrounding lakes, climbing, paragliding, skiing, tobogganing, etc. Much is on offer. There is also a varied cultural programme in the nearby cities of Salzburg and Munich. Immerse yourself in a varied region!

The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax of EUR 1.00 per person/night from the age of 17. Children from 0-16 years: are excluded. The health resort fee is ONLY charged from May to September and is to be paid in cash to the owner of the holiday home. Guests receive a guest card with various reductions. We ask for a deposit of 20% within 1 week after booking, as well as a bank transfer of the remaining amount 1 week before arrival. Free parking in front of the house/apartment

Arrival Description

By car: Motorway A8 Munich direction Salzburg. At the Inntaldreieck junction, take the A94 motorway towards Innsbruck & Brenner. Exit Brannenburg - Flintsbach, then turn left onto Nußdorfer Str., after 50 m turn left towards Flintsbach. Follow the main road, under the bridge, keep left at the fork, past the church on Kirchstraße. Continue straight on, past the Sparkasse bank. Turn left at the main road Kufsteiner Straße and after approx. 450 m turn right into Maiwandstraße (after the bus stop). Follow the Maiwandstraße. After approx. 350 m and a left-hand bend, you will reach the target property at Petersbergweg 1 on the left-hand side. The entrance to the apartment is on the left side of the house.
