From the house, hikes or bike tours lead to an idyllic vacation paradise. The Tüttensee, a small contemplative bathing lake, is only 600 m away from our house. The "Bavarian Sea", the Chiemsee, is only 6 km away. Arrive, feel good, breathe a sigh of relief and take home unforgettable memories. Enjoy small and big things, cycling, hiking, swimming, relaxing ...Live in a pleasant atmosphere with a lot of comfort and coziness. Here you breathe comfort. Be our guest, enjoy the sun on the south and west balconies and the wide view of the mountains!

The above prices do not include the health resort tax of 1,00 EUR per person/night for persons over the age of 16 for children from the age of 6 up to the age of 16 0,50 EUR per person/night. Children up to the age of six are free of charge. Holders of a severely disabled pass with a degree of disability of 80 out of 100 and their necessary accompanying persons are also exempt from spa fees.
Arrival Description
BAB A 8, exit Grabenstätt, turn left towards Grabenstätt, at the traffic circle take the 2nd exit towards Traunstein, Chieming. After approx. 2.5 km turn right towards Erlstätt, Marwang. In Marwang, after a hedge, turn right into Alte Dorfstraße, house on the right, no. 6a.
