Spacious and comfortable double room on the ground floor with shower/WC, especially suitable for people with limited mobility as well as wheelchair users.When arriving and departing, you can drive your car for loading and unloading directly to the terrace of the room. In this room, completely renovated in 2018 and newly furnished in a modern country style, there is a desk and TV/WLAN, as well as a sofa bed with armchair and table. Blackout curtains ensure a restful sleep.There is a safe in the closet (with coat rack).Bathroom:The level shower (with folding chair) and the sink (with grab bars on the left and right) are wheelchair accessible. The raised toilet is also equipped with grab bars on the left and right. The large illuminated mirror extends to the sink. Towel holder and towel dryer, toiletries, hair dryer and cosmetic mirror are available.The box spring beds are equipped with orthopedic disc mattresses along with topper. Enjoy the beautiful sunset on the beautiful sun terrace with garden furniture and electric grill!No room service on Sundays!

Our three guest rooms are located on a farm with mountain views, about one kilometer from Grabenstätt in the district of Marwang. The personal and traditional atmosphere contributes to a relaxing vacation. Due to the unique and unspoilt location of the Berger Hof, a breathtaking view of the Chiemgau Alpine foothills awaits you! Pure relaxation can be found in the spacious garden with sunbathing lawn, electric grill sun terrace and a colorful flower display. Also the nearby Tüttensee (one of the warmest lakes in Upper Bavaria) invites you to swim, relax, bike or hike. A lockable bicycle room is available. The central location between Chiemsee and Tüttensee allows you many hiking and biking tours. All important facilities such as grocery store, pharmacy, doctor, etc. can be reached in a few minutes in Grabenstätt. Overnight stay without breakfast possible on request.
