Description
Our house with apartment Bergblick is located in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village not far from the center with a beautiful mountain view, large garden with pool, barbecue area and lawn with deck chairs. A parking lot is located directly at the house, as well as a bicycle storage space are available. In addition, the house is the starting point for many hikes, mountain and bike tours.pet allowed for a fee.
Environment description
The wonderful location of Grassau is ideal for a sporty and relaxing vacation. The nearby mountains invite you to go hiking, mountain biking, skiing and cross-country skiing. In summer, you can quickly reach the nearby Chiemsee to spend a nice swimming vacation. The idyllic village of Grassau offers nice cafes and restaurants as well as various events. Golfers will find their own golf course directly in Grassau!
About the host
Our great passion is our large garden. With a lot of love for detail we take care of the many feel-good places with wonderful flower arrangements. Even though the garden is really a lot of work, the beautiful garden is worth every effort. Also our guests appreciate the many flowers and enjoy especially in summer the hot days at the pool!

The mentioned prices are plus spa tax in the amount of 1,00 EUR per person/night for adults. Children from 6 to 17 years: 0,50 EUR. Children from 0 to 5 years and disabled persons from 80% are free of charge. Please transfer the total amount 14 days before arrival or pay cash at the host on site. In case of different arrival time, please let us know by phone.
Arrival Description
Freeway A 8 Munich-Salzburg, exit Bernau, turn left direction Bernau- Reit im Winkl. You will pass through Bernau, via Rottau to Grassau. At the entrance to Grassau, after the Shell gas station (approx. 100m), turn right at the hardware store into the street Oberdorf. Then take the 2nd right (after Autohaus Toyota) into Wöhrstraße. Follow this street (makes a left turn). After approx. 250 m on the left side of the street house No. 15, you have reached your vacation accommodation.
