From your balcony you have a magnificent view of the Chiemgau Alps to the Kaiser Mountains. Relax in nature and enjoy the moment.You do not have to worry about anything, bed linen and towels are included. Our kitchen has a microwave oven, hob, fridge and coffee maker.The village center is a five-minute walk away. Particularly attractive is the nearby Reifinger See lake with Einkermöglichkeit.Various hiking and biking trails start right nearby. You also have direct access to public transport, including the Chiemsee ring line.Since 2021, your own lockable bike shed with electricity is available free of charge. The car parking space directly at the house is also free of charge.We are family-friendly, have an open ear for our guests and are happy to give tips for leisure activities.

Description

Without any effort you can cycle about 8 km to the Chiemsee or about 70 km around the Chiemsee. Do you like it challenging? From Grassau you can go directly to the Chiemgau mountains for mountain biking or mountain hiking. Our home has something to offer for every age. Amusement parks for children, or the Reifinger Lake. Our county seat Traunstein is about 20 km and Rosenheim 30 km away. Our state capital Munich is about 90 km north and Salzburg about 50 km south of us.If there is enough snow, you can go cross-country skiing directly in Grassau and tobogganing in Marquartstein. The nearest ski resorts are Reit im Winkl - Winklmoosalm with Steinplatte and Kössen Unterberg about 20 km. The biathlon center Ruhpolding is about 25 km away.
