Enjoy your vacation in our new stylishly furnished vacation apartment in Grassau. It was completed in March 2023.The 40 m² apartment is located on the ground floor of a terraced house. To our vacation apartment belongs a living room with sofa bed and a very well equipped kitchen with dining area. In addition, a separate bedroom with double bed and a modern bathroom with shower at ground level belong to the equipment.About the bedroom you reach the terrace, where you can enjoy your breakfast in the sunny morning hours. The apartment has WLAN, a flat screen TV, DAB radio, as well asa small game collection for social hours. If you wish, a washing machine is also available in an adjoining room.

Description

Our house is located on the outskirts of Grassau, with a view of the Hochgern and the Schnappenberg with a view of the Schnappenkirche. In a few minutes walk you will find various shopping facilities and if you march towards the center of Grassau you will also find here various stores and gastronomy for your well-being.In addition, our house is an ideal starting point for cycling and hiking tours and in the immediate vicinity in about 700 m is the Reifinger Lake with magnificent mountain panorama which invites you to swim and relax. Also a golf course is reachable in about 1.5 km.Should you like to use public transport, so these are also only about 5 minutes away.Missing may not of course the Chiemsee in a few minutes by car or by bike is easy to reach. The distance is about 10 km

The above prices are plus spa tax in the amount of 1.00 EUR per person/night for adults. Children from 6 to 17 years: 0,50 EUR. Children from 0 to 5 years and disabled persons from 80% are free of charge. Please transfer the remaining amount at least 1 week before arrival!

Arrival Description

Freeway A8 Munich-Salzburg, exit Bernau, traffic circle 2nd exit direction Reit im Winkl.After passing Bernau and Rottau you will reach your vacation resort Grassau.In the traffic circle take the third exit (Bahnhofstr. /B305).After approx. 1,5 km turn left into Reichenberger Straße. After about 150 m you will find our vacation apartment on the right hand side.
