Welcome to the vacation apartment Steffl. Our house is located in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village with unobstructed mountain views.Our cozy apartment with 54 square meters, has a living room-bedroom, double beds on the gallery and a sofa bed. The separate kitchen is fully equipped. In the bathroom there is a shower and a bathtub. The apartment is suitable for up to 3 people. In a private garden you can sit in the sun and enjoy the day on the terrace or in the pool.Grassau is located in a scenic area. The Chiemsee and the adjacent mountains are ideal for swimming and hiking. On foot you walk about 20 minutes to the center of the village. For questions about bike-mountain bike and mountain tours, we are happy to help with advice and assistance.Bed linen and towels are available.

Arrival Description
Freeway A 8 Munich-Salzburg, exit Bernau, then turn left towards Reit im Winkl, drive through the villages of Bernau and Rottau, then you come to Grassau. In Grassau at the 1st traffic circle (center of the village) drive in the direction of Reit im Winkl, after about 1 km turn left into Mietenkamer Straße, then take the first left into August-Sieghardt-Straße.
