Description

It is a pretty, bright attic apartment with as-new furnishings in a modern look on the 2nd floor. A spacious bathroom, a small bedroom and an eat-in kitchen. Since it is an attic apartment, the height is only 1.60m in places, so you have to be careful here. The apartment has a lovely little balcony with mountain views, and you are welcome to pick fresh herbs from the pot. Dear guests: Please note that we do not have a TV in our apartment. Please bring your own tablet and use our free WiFi. During your vacation you live right in the middle of the Öttl family with their pet dog Luna.

Environment description

The location is a perfect starting point for many hikes and bike tours. The village center with its varied gastronomy and shopping facilities is only a 10-minute walk from the accommodation. You are surrounded by our beautiful Bavarian Alps, you can start right from the front door. Our natural swimming lake can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. In winter, the cross-country ski trail is right on the doorstep.
