Holiday flat Chiemsee for 4 persons with balcony, living room/bedroom, 50 sqm

We appreciate your interest and would like to describe our CHIEMSEE flat on the 1st floor: It has approx. 50 square metres and an east-facing balcony for breakfast and a west-facing balcony for the afternoon. The kitchen is well equipped and has a new ceramic hob, a fridge, a microwave and a dishwasher. There is also a cosy, three-sided corner bench with a large table and a flat-screen TV. The small bedroom has a double bed and cupboards with large drawers and some good books. The living room has a large built-in wardrobe, two armchairs, a flat-screen TV and a couch that can be pulled out into a double bed if required. The bathroom has a washbasin, shower, WC and cupboard.

Description

The vacation apartment Chiemsee is located on the 1st floor, is 50 square meters and suitable for two to a maximum of four people. A special advantage of this apartment in the annex are the two balconies to the east and west, for breakfast and to stay in the sun or shade. You have a view of the Rauschberg massif and the Reiter-Alpe.The kitchen is comfortably furnished with kitchenette, large dining area with corner bench and has a dishwasher, microwave combination device and TV-Sat connection. WLAN can be used free of charge.The living/sleeping room is furnished with large sliding-door wardrobe, sideboard, large satellite TV and upholstered sofa with pull-out couch as a sleeping accommodation for the third and fourth person.The small bedroom with double bed 180/200 cm you enter through two sliding doors.The bathroom has shower, sink and toilet.Several older and perhaps no longer contemporary bicycles of the brand Kettler are available to guests free of charge. In this apartment you have no immediate neighbors above, below and next to you.

Prices plus spa tax per person/night:Adults EUR 2,10, children 6-15 years EUR 1,00, children up to 5 years free. In our house you get the free Chiemgau Card! Use free of charge and carefree many leisure activities in Inzell and the Chiemgau.
