The holiday flat is quiet, sunny and close to the centre, with a mountain view. The beautiful garden invites you to relax with a lawn and deckchairs. A children's playground and shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. Shared use of washing machine and dryer possible for a fee. The flat has 2 bedrooms, living room, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, 1 x flat-screen cable TV, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a balcony with garden view.

Near the flat you can go hiking and skiing or use the garden. Bad Reichenhall is 49 km from Haus Koch-Lechner and Schliersee can be reached after 45 km. The nearest airport is Munich Airport, 83 km from the property.

About the host

Our house is an ideal starting point for cycling, mountain and hiking tours, only a few minutes by car to the bathing lake "Reifinger See". The holiday flat is located on the first floor of a new building in rural style.
