Comfortably furnished and equipped with many extras, our open-plan maisonette apartment spread over two floors offers the perfect atmosphere for your home away from home. Indoors, you'll find a pool table as well as a cozy sitting area with a large flat-screen TV, board games, and books. The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes an oven with ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, fridge-freezer combination, coffee machines, kettle, blender, and much more-perfect for preparing meals to enjoy in the charming rustic dining area. The outdoor area, located on the west side of our listed farmhouse, features a furnished sunken terrace set in a lush garden with mature trees, a fire bowl, barbecue, sun loungers, deck chairs, and a parasol-an oasis of relaxation and well-being.
Environment description
Unterpirach is a small rural hamlet with 5 houses, surrounded by meadows and forests. On the southern edge of the village, you will live idyllically in a listed farmhouse dating from 1714. The transferred farm was completely rebuilt in 1998. Quality, comfort and the highest technical standard are therefore a given. Located 3km north of Obing and 14km north of Lake Chiemsee, this is an ideal starting point for cycling or hiking tours. Numerous beautiful bathing lakes, the Chiemgauer Seenplatte are in the immediate vicinity.
About the host
The listed former farm was built by Jakob Oswald in 1714. In 1998, the farm was transferred from the centre of the village to the southern edge of Unterpirach, and the ground floor was completely rebuilt. Great importance was attached to the use of traditional and high-quality building materials. Nevertheless, amenities such as underfloor heating were not to be lacking. The result is a comfortable, cosy house with a high standard of furnishings and fittings, where you can relax and feel very much at home.

Arrival Description
Aus Norden kommend (München): Sie erreichen uns über den Autobahnring München-Ost, Ausfahrt "Haar", dann weiter über die Bundesstraße 304 Richtung Ebersberg/Wasserburg/Traunstein. 14 km nach Wasserburg erreichen Sie Frabertsham. Biegen Sie an der ersten Straße links ab, in die Piracher Straße. Nach weiteren 3 km haben Sie Unterpirach erreicht. Aus Süden kommend (Brenner): Nehmen Sie auf der A8 die Ausfahrt "Rosenheim" und folgen Sie der Bundesstraße 15 Richtung Wasserburg/Landshut. Bei Wasserburg folgen Sie der Bundesstraße 304 Richtung Traunstein. Circa 14 km nach Wasserburg erreichen Sie Frabertsham. Biegen Sie an der ersten Straße nach links ab, in die Piracher Straße. Nach weiteren 3 km haben Sie Unterpirach erreicht. Aus Osten kommend (Salzburg): Auf der A8, Ausfahrt "Traunstein", dann weiter auf der Bundesstraße 306 Richtung Traunstein. Bei Traunstein fahren Sie über die Bundesstraße 304 Richtung Traunreut/Trostberg/Wasserburg. Circa 11 km nach Altenmarkt an der Alz folgen Sie im Kreisverkehr der 2. Ausfahrt Richtung Obing/Zentrum. In Obing an der 1. Straße rechts abbiegen Richtung Honau. In Pfaffing links abbiegen Richtung Honau. Den Kreisverkehr an der 3. Ausfahrt verlassen nach 500 Meter sind Sie in Unterpirach angekommen.
