About the host

AGBs: Die Wohnung darf nur von der im Mietvertrag festgelegten Zahl von Personen benutzt werden. Tiere dürfen vom Mieter grundsätzlich nicht mitgebracht oder gehalten werden. In der Wohnung, auf dem Balkon und im gesamten Haus gilt ein absolutes Rauchverbot. Der Mieter verpflichtet sich die Wohnung sowie das Inventar mit größter Sorgfalt zu behandeln und alle während der Mietzeit entstandenen Schäden sofort zu melden und wenn möglich diese zu ersetzen. Die Meldepflicht gilt für alle verursachten Schäden im oder im Haus bzw. am Haus. Sollte mit der Beseitigung eingetretener Schäden ein Mietausfall verbunden sein, so haftet der Mieter gegenüber dem Vermieter auch für weitergehende Schäden. Mängel hat der Mieter unverzüglich dem Vermieter zu melden, damit dieser die Mängel in einer angemessenen Frist beseitigen kann. Bei Mietende übergibt der Mieter das Objekt in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Ein Verstoß gegen die Mietbedingungen des Mietvertrages kann zur sofortigen Beendigung des Mietverhältnisses führen.
