A west-facing terrace with a grill and a small garden area makes the apartment perfect for enjoying a quiet break. The apartment, located in the center of Prien, has a bus stop right at the front door, and the train station (Munich-Salzburg route) is only 7 minutes away. The Chiemsee lakeside promenade is quickly reachable, just 1.2 km away. There, you will find various restaurants and cafes, as well as the boat pier for tours to Fraueninsel and Herreninsel. The Chiemsee cycling route starts just 5 minutes from the front door. For outdoor enthusiasts, the surrounding area offers a variety of activities: hikes in the Chiemgau Alps, cycling tours around the Chiemsee or in the area, a round of golf at one of the nearby golf courses, sailing or boat trips on the Chiemsee, or simply a relaxing afternoon at one of the many beach resorts along the Chiemsee.
