"With great attention to detail" - this description probably best describes the living experience in our chalet. We have left nothing to chance. Together with our planners and craftsmen, we have put every little corner in the right light. With us, everything revolves around your relaxation! With the help of regional craftsmanship, we have endeavored to create an individual living atmosphere that harmonizes tradition and modernity. The chalet's energy supply points the way to the future by using geothermal energy, photovoltaics and hydrogen as energy sources. A local high-tech energy center ensures almost complete self-sufficiency in both electricity and heat supply, thus sustainably conserving our homeland. For reasons of sustainability, the outdoor whirlpool is not in operation during the winter months from November to April. Via the underground garage with four parking spaces and enough room to store your sports equipment, you can easily reach all levels of the house barrier-free with the elevator. On the ground floor you will find the open-plan living area, and on the upper floor three double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. After an active day in our beautiful landscape you can relax in the in-house wellness bath with panoramic sauna. Afterwards, you can prepare a delicious meal in the open-plan comfort kitchen and enjoy it in the adjoining dining area. As the perfect finishing touch, end the day by the open fire of the free-floating Gyrofocus fireplace with background music from the innovative audio system. The pool is 2.80 m wide and 2.0 m long. It has two sunbathing areas and four seating areas. Here you can relax, slow down, enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains and escape a little from your stressful everyday life. The chalet at the Wetterkreuz bears its name not by chance! In about an hour you can reach the summit of the popular vantage point on the local mountain, which rises directly behind the chalet in a northerly direction. If you look to the southeast, you will see over the village center, which you can easily reach on foot in 10 minutes. Maybe we can welcome you as our guest soon. Your advantage as our guest: We are a partner rental company/business of the Reit im Winkl Swimming Card. This gives you the opportunity to receive additional free services in addition to our own services, such as free admission to the Reit im Winkl outdoor pool, the Kössen forest swimming pool, and the east shore and lake promenade at Walchsee. We are also a partner rental company/operator of the Benzeck ski lifts. This means that, in addition to our own services, you can enjoy other free services such as free travel on the Benzeck lifts in winter (EUR1.00 contribution towards costs). Arrival Description

By car to Reit im Winkl: Coming from Munich on the A 8 motorway, take the Grabenstätt exit. From there take the Bundesstraße 305 (German Alpine Road) to Reit im Winkl (27km). The Inntal motorway offers an alternative. Turn off shortly before Rosenheim at the "Inntaldreieck" and drive to the Oberaudorf exit. From there, take the Austrian federal road 172 to Reit im Winkl. Coming from Salzburg, take the motorway (A 8) to the Inzell-Ruhpolding exit and continue via Ruhpolding to Reit im Winkl. By train to Reit im Winkl: The nearest train station is in Prien am Chiemsee. From here you have the best bus connections (RVO bus line 9505) to Reit im Winkl. By plane: Munich Airport is approx. 140 km and Salzburg Airport approx. 70 km from Reit im Winkl.
