Welcome to Alpenchalet - Reit im Winkl. Our small property offers five stylish apartments in Modern Alpine Style as well as three Quality Apartments. It is located in one of the most beautiful Bavarian mountain villages between Chiemsee and Kaiserwinkl, on a sun-drenched high plain. Thanks to a climatically favourable location, the winter brings us lots of snow and the summer pleasantly warm days. Impressed by the natural beauty and the original alpine and cultural landscape in the Chiemgau, we decided to create a special place for visitors who want to discover and learn to love the nature and culture between Munich and Salzburg, Chiemsee and Kitzbühel. The house, in the style of a Tyrolean country house, is located in a quiet side street and offers views of the impressive mountain scenery of Fellhorn and Zahmer Kaiser. All exclusively furnished flats have box-spring beds, one or two flat-screen TVs, a well-equipped kitchenette, espresso machine with organic capsules, old farmhouse furniture, and a basic set of towels and bed linen. The stylishly furnished bathrooms have a shower, WC, large mirrors and stone washbasins, and some have a bathtub, towel radiator and underfloor heating. Our water is the purest spring water. All flats have a furnished balcony with mountain view or an equipped terrace with private garden area. Your advantage as our guest: We are a partner rental company/business of the Reit im Winkl Swimming Card. This gives you the opportunity to receive additional free services in addition to our own services, such as free admission to the Reit im Winkl outdoor pool, the Kössen forest swimming pool, and the east shore and lake promenade at Walchsee. Environment description
In summer, extensive nature reserves, a pristine alpine landscape, numerous lakes and the surrounding mountains offer a variety of nature and leisure experiences: from golfing, paragliding and rafting to premium hiking trails, biking, hiking and climbing. Directly from the house you can hike to the 1061 m high Wetterkreuz, various alpine huts or other vantage points. Restaurants, shopping facilities for daily needs as well as many leisure facilities, such as the open-air swimming pool of Reit im Winkl, are only a few minutes away from the house. The village centre is approx. 700 m away.

Take advantage of the benefits of the inclusive card, free services, and discounts even on the day of arrival (e.g., free ride up to the Winklmoos-Alm, participation in guided hikes, etc.). Please ask your landlord for the inclusive card upon arrival! Visitor's tax per person/night throughout the year Adults * 3.00 euros Children and young people** 1.50 euros Children up to the age of 6 and severely disabled persons with a degree of disability of 100% and their necessary accompanying persons are exempt from visitor's tax. Our water comes from the Entfelden spring and is purest spring water from the Alps. The heating system is supplied by the biomass power plant "Naturwärme". In addition to the heated ski room, our guests can of course use the in-house W-LAN free of charge. The basic equipment of the flats includes towels and bed linen. You will also find a well-equipped kitchen with all the basics such as pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. FAMILIES Not only the close surroundings, with short distances to the playground, leisure pool, extensive meadows and streams or children's ski school and toboggan hill. Our collection of games makes even rainy days entertaining. We offer young families a cot, high chair, toilet seat and stool free of charge. DOG OWNERS Responsible dog owners are always welcome with their four-legged family members. We have a daily fee of 10EUR for the four-legged family members. CURTAXE Per person and holiday day | adults 2,70EUR | children 7-17 years 1,20EUR | must be paid on site The visitor's tax not only allows you to use all relevant car parks in Reit im Winkl free of charge, but also gives you free access via the private road to the Winklmossalm and allows you to use event highlights free of charge or at a reduced rate. ARRIVAL On arrival, we will be happy to welcome you personally, hand over keys and spa cards and answer any questions you may have. If we are unable to welcome you personally, we also offer a 24-hour check-in service. Alternatively, you can take the key for your flat from the key safe and find everything else in your flat. You will receive the code for the key safe as well as the code for access to the house after your booking.
Arrival Description
Coming from Unterwössen, our house is located on the right-hand side in the district of Entfelden. From the centre of the village, drive approx. 250 m in the direction of Unterwössen, then turn left.
