Haus Beim Draxl is located in the climatic health resort Reit im Winkl in the district Blindau. We offer beautiful, exclusive and comfortably furnished holiday flats in various sizes from 35 - 90 m2 living space for up to six people. All flats have either a balcony or a terrace with a wonderful view over the meadows and surrounding mountains of Reit im Winkl. Body and soul will find the right place to relax here.The children can have fun at the in-house children's playground and boltz court. Our goats, rabbits, chickens and cats are already looking forward to being petted by our small as well as large holiday guests. Pets such as dogs and cats are therefore always welcome as holiday companions. However, we ask you to contact us beforehand. By the way, the hiking trails, toboggan run and cross-country skiing tracks start directly at the house. The actual price for the holiday flat depends on the number of persons and the rooms booked. Reit im Winkl climatic health resort According to Wikipedia, the title of climatic health resort is awarded to "towns and villages whose air and climate, according to an expert report, have properties that are conducive to recreation and health. Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly met the requirements for the certificate by making efforts. For one thing, the altitude ensures that the summer heat remains moderate and the nights pleasantly cool. The village is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and belongs to the "Bavarian Alps" climate district. The weather character is decisively determined by the conditions, i.e. by the influence of the mountain ranges and the valley incisions on the weather events.In addition to the natural conditions for good air, we actively take care with the natural warmth or ample bus offers that the good mountain air is preserved for us.

Arrival Description

Motorway Munich Salzburg A8, exit Bernau or Grabenstätt to Reit im Winkl approx. 30 km. Take the train to Prien am Chiemsee station. Good RVO bus connection according to the valid timetable to Reit im Winkl. Once there, head towards the Blindau district. Then up to the chapel, then turn right.
