Our flat "Kammerkör" is approx. 60m2 in size, is located on the ground floor and has a beautiful large terrace with direct garden access and sun all day. The living-dining room is south and west facing and offers a wonderful panoramic view of the Kaisergebirge mountains through lots of windows. Our flat "Kammerkör" has a beautiful, bright living room with open kitchen, a fireplace and cosy sofa corner incl. sofa bed, as well as a bedroom with box spring bed (1.80m), a bathroom with sauna, walk in rain shower and a separate WC - perfect for 2 to 4 people. If desired and available, the flats "Winklmoos" and "Kammerkör" can also be connected by a connecting door to form a large flat of approx. 110m2. This offers space for 4-6 people. The flat has a nice en suite bathroom with rain shower, a small open kitchen (without oven), a cosy sitting area with table and a seating area with TV. There is a private parking space in front of the house. In total, Chalet Viol has 2 e-charging points, which can be used by guests for a separate charge.
