The flat has two spacious balconies with a wonderful view of the cross-country ski trails, the ski jumps, the Unterberg and the Kaisergebirge. The flat has its own laundry room with washing machine and dryer for your exclusive use, storage facilities for bicycles and skis in the locked ski room. The centre of Reit im Winkl and all necessary shopping facilities are within walking distance. The public transport, especially the ski buses to the skiing area Winklmossalm/ Steinplatte are in the immediate vicinity. The house is heated with underfloor heating, in addition the flat has a genuine Canadian Bullerjan, which provides cosy warmth on long winter evenings. 2 parking spaces are available on the property. Arrival Description

By car to Reit im Winkl: Coming from Munich on the A 8 motorway, take the Grabenstätt exit. From there take the Bundesstraße 305 (German Alpine Road) to Reit im Winkl (27km). The Inntal motorway offers an alternative. Turn off shortly before Rosenheim at the "Inntaldreieck" and drive to the Oberaudorf exit. From there, take the Austrian federal road 172 to Reit im Winkl. Coming from Salzburg, take the motorway (A 8) to the Inzell-Ruhpolding exit and continue via Ruhpolding to Reit im Winkl. By train to Reit im Winkl: The nearest train station is in Prien am Chiemsee. From here you have the best bus connections (RVO bus line 9505) to Reit im Winkl. By plane: Munich Airport is approx. 140 km and Salzburg Airport approx. 70 km from Reit im Winkl.
