Welcome to our cosy holiday flats in Reit im Winkl in the district of Blindau. The flats are located in Haus Lohrey, which is situated on a sunny hill and is the starting point for a wonderful, relaxing holiday in summer and winter. The 2-room flats, furnished in an Alpine style, are bright and quietly situated, and each has a living/dining room, a separate bedroom, a fitted kitchen and a bathroom with window. From the large south-facing balcony you have a wonderful view of the mountains and can enjoy your breakfast or dinner here or let the day come to an end. Since the two holiday flats are next to each other, they can also be used together as a multi-generation flat. The hiking and cycling trails as well as cross-country skiing trails 'start at the front door. A large and shady children's playground at the edge of the forest as well as a riding stable are only a few metres away. The bus stop (local bus) with connection to the skiing and hiking area Winklmoosalm is also only a few steps away. The Benz-Eck ski lifts, which can be used by our guests free of charge, are only 300 metres away on foot, an ideal ski slope for children and beginners. You can reach the beautiful Chiemsee in just 30 minutes by car. In the morning, we recommend the "Semmelhäusl", which offers fresh bread rolls/semmels only a few metres from the house during the high season. Arrival Description

By car to Reit im Winkl: Coming from Munich on the A 8 motorway, take the Grabenstätt exit. From there take the Bundesstraße 305 (German Alpine Road) to Reit im Winkl (27km). The Inntal motorway offers an alternative. Turn off shortly before Rosenheim at the "Inntaldreieck" and drive to the Oberaudorf exit. From there, take the Austrian federal road 172 to Reit im Winkl. Coming from Salzburg, take the motorway (A 8) to the Inzell-Ruhpolding exit and continue via Ruhpolding to Reit im Winkl. By train to Reit im Winkl: The nearest train station is in Prien am Chiemsee. From here you have the best bus connections (RVO bus line 9505) to Reit im Winkl. By plane: Munich Airport is approx. 140 km and Salzburg Airport approx. 70 km from Reit im Winkl.
