Situated on an idyllic hillside in the quiet district of Entfelden/Reit im Winkl, the Alpstadl holiday apartment welcomes you in a traditional Bavarian country-house style. The house is located at the end of a quiet road, with no further buildings on the hillside, allowing you to step directly from the house onto the network of hiking trails. The ski bus stop is only about 50 meters away, and the village center can be comfortably reached on foot within 10-15 minutes. The surrounding area offers an endless variety of excursion destinations. Lake Chiemsee is just 30 minutes away, and Salzburg is also ideal for a day trip. The Austrian border is practically on your doorstep as well. Reit im Winkl itself is located at a higher altitude and was recognized as a health resort ("Luftkurort") many years ago. Environment description

Die Umgebung ist schier unerschöpflich. Zu wirklich jeder Jahreszeit hat man unglaublich viele Möglichkeiten erlebnisreiche Urlaubstage zu gestalten. Für alle Wintersportarten hat man Vorort hervorragende Bedingungen. Ein kleiner Anfängerskihang befindet sich direkt im Ort. Ansonsten sind die Bahnen Winkelmoosalm und Steinplatte in einigen Minuten zu erreichen. Umliegend befinden sich zudem die Skigebiete Hochkössen (10 Min.), Sankt Johann (25 Min.), Wilder Kaiser (30 Min.), Fieberbrunn/Skigebiet Saalbach-Hinterglemm (30 Min.), Waidring (30 Min.) und Kitzbühel (45 Min.). Im Sommer gibt es die schönsten Wander,-und Bikerouten und zahlreiche Badeseen mit bester Wasserqualität laden auf einen Sprung ins kühle Nass ein. In Reit im Winkl befindet sich auf einem großen Gelände ein familienfreundliches Freibad, mit Rutschen, Beachvolleyballplatz und 3 Kinderbecken. The surrounding area is virtually inexhaustible. Wir sind eine lebensfrohe und abenteuerlustige 5-köpfige Familie mit 3 erwachsenen Söhnen. Mit dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung haben wir uns einen langgehegten Traum erfüllt. Die vielen Sport,- und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten direkt vorort begeistern uns alle und wir möchten auch unseren Gästen ein schönes Ausgangsquartier bieten. Mit viele Liebe zum Detail haben wir die Wohnung eingerichtet. Weiter Inspirationen unserer Gäste nehmen wir sehr gerne an. We are a cheerful and adventure-loving family of five with three grown sons. With this beautiful holiday apartment, we have fulfilled a long-cherished dream. The many sports and excursion opportunities right on our doorstep inspire us all, and we would like to offer our guests a wonderful base for their stay as well. The apartment has been furnished with great attention to detail. We are always happy to receive further inspiration and suggestions from our guests.

Mit dem Auto: Wenn Sie von München kommen, nehmen Sie die A8 bis zur Ausfahrt Bernau am Chiemsee und folgen dann der Bundesstraße 305 (Deutsche Alpenstraße) für 27 km bis nach Reit im Winkl. Eine Alternative ist die Inntalautobahn: Biegen Sie kurz vor Rosenheim am Inntaldreieck ab und fahren Sie bis zur Ausfahrt Oberaudorf. Von dort aus folgen Sie der österreichischen Bundesstraße 172 bis nach Reit im Winkl. Wenn Sie aus Richtung Salzburg kommen, nehmen Sie die A8 bis zur Ausfahrt Inzell-Ruhpolding und fahren dann über Ruhpolding nach Reit im Winkl. Mit der Bahn: Der nächstgelegene Bahnhof ist in Prien am Chiemsee. Von dort aus gibt es gute Busverbindungen (RVO-Bus Linie 9505) nach Reit im Winkl. Mit dem Flugzeug: Der Flughafen München ist etwa 140 km und der Flughafen Salzburg etwa 70 km von Reit im Winkl entfernt. 1.
