In the spacious two-room mansard flat (2nd floor), we have paid particular attention to comfort and cosiness. With 67 m2, the flat offers enough space for 2-4 people. The coordinated furnishings in country house style, as well as the lovely decoration and the exposed roof truss with gable glazing make the flat particularly cosy and invite you to relax. From the balcony you have a view to the east towards the Walmberg mountain and the village. It offers space to have breakfast or enjoy a glass of wine. You can start hiking, cycling and cross-country skiing tours right from the front door. Bus stops for the regular ski and hiking buses, as well as the golf course and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. You can reach the centre of Reit im Winkl in approx. 5 - 10 minutes on foot. Children's furniture and various toys are available free of charge for our younger guests. Your advantage as our guest: We are a partner rental company/business of the Reit im Winkl Swimming Card. This gives you the opportunity to receive additional free services in addition to our own services, such as free admission to the Reit im Winkl outdoor pool, the Kössen forest swimming pool, and the east shore and lake promenade at Walchsee. Reit im Winkl climatic health resort According to Wikipedia, the title of climatic health resort is awarded to "towns and villages whose air and climate, according to an expert report, have properties that are conducive to recreation and health. Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly met the requirements for the certificate by making efforts. For one thing, the altitude ensures that the summer heat remains moderate and the nights pleasantly cool. The village is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and belongs to the "Bavarian Alps" climate district.
