Description

The Frühlingshof is a stylish flat house in a hotel side street in the middle of the village. The starting points of the hiking trails in summer and the cross-country skiing trails in winter are only about 100 m away from the house. Cyclists and mountain bikers will also find numerous opportunities for leisurely or sporting activities. The tourist information with the (ski) bus stop to Seegatterl, the entrance to the alpine skiing centre Winkmoosalm/Steinplatte, and the open-air swimming pool is only a 'stone's throw' away. All shops and pubs, the parish church and the small, charming museums of the village can be reached within a few minutes' walk. The cross-border golf course is situated in a fascinating landscape in the neighbourhood of the proud Kaiser Mountains. A large reserved parking space is available for your car at the house. You can deposit your skis or bicycles in the lockable storage room accessible at ground level. You can reach the ski/walking boot and drying room in the basement via the outside staircase. We are also a partner rental company/operator of the Benzeck ski lifts. This means that, in addition to our own services, you can enjoy other free services such as free travel on the Benzeck lifts in winter (EUR1.00 contribution towards costs).

Arrival Description

By car to Reit im Winkl: Coming from Munich on the A 8 motorway, take the Grabenstätt exit. From there take the Bundesstraße 305 (German Alpine Road) to Reit im Winkl (27km). The Inntal motorway offers an alternative. Turn off shortly before Rosenheim at the "Inntaldreieck" and drive to the Oberaudorf exit. From there, take the Austrian federal road 172 to Reit im Winkl. Coming from Salzburg, take the motorway (A 8) to the Inzell-Ruhpolding exit and continue via Ruhpolding to Reit im Winkl. By train to Reit im Winkl: The nearest train station is in Prien am Chiemsee. From here you have the best bus connections (RVO bus line 9505) to Reit im Winkl. By plane: Munich Airport is approx. 140 km and Salzburg Airport approx. 70 km from Reit im Winkl.
