Description
Enjoy relaxing holidays in our well-kept and lovingly furnished one-two and three-room flats. All flats have a balcony or terrace with a wonderful mountain view in an absolutely quiet location, only a 5-minute walk from the village centre. In the immediate vicinity is the Kneipp facility with water lily pond and barefoot path. We offer fully equipped flats for 2-4 persons with safe, W-LAN, microwave, flat screen and partly dishwasher, bed linen and towels are available in sufficient quantity. The cross-country skiing trails, open-air swimming pool and the downhill slopes to the Winklmoos-Alm are within easy reach. Your advantage as our guest: We are a partner rental company/business of the Reit im Winkl Swimming Card. This gives you the opportunity to receive additional free services in addition to our own services, such as free admission to the Reit im Winkl outdoor pool and the Kössen forest swimming pool. Environment description
Reit im Winkl climatic health resort According to Wikipedia, the title "climatic health resort" is awarded to "places whose air and climate, according to an expert opinion, have properties that are conducive to recreation and health. Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly met the requirements for the certificate by making efforts. For one thing, the altitude ensures that the summer heat remains moderate and the nights pleasantly cool. The village is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and belongs to the "Bavarian Alps" climate district. The weather character is decisively determined by the conditions, i.e. by the influence of the mountain ranges and the valley incisions on the weather pattern. In addition to the natural conditions for good air, we actively take care with natural warmth or ample bus offers that the good mountain air is preserved for us.

Arrival Description
Leave the motorway A8 Munich-Salzburg at the exit Bernau and turn left in the direction of Grassau - Marquartstein and from there in the direction of Reit im Winkl. In Reit im Winkl drive straight on from the church into Hausbachweg, at the end of the road turn right into Birnbacherstr. After approx. 50 m turn right again into Seerosenweg. There you will find our house on the left side.
