Experience carefree holidays at Landhaus Franziskus. Let yourself be pampered by the special furnishings of our three- and four-star holiday flats, warm hospitality in a quiet, sunny south-facing slope and enjoy the unobstructed view of the Kaisergebirge, the Unterberg and the village centre. Ideally located at the end of a dead-end street, it is only a 3-minute walk to the village/centre or to the entrance to the extensive network of hiking trails. Generously equipped holiday flats with approx. 24 to 60 m2 for two, three or four persons await you. We are also happy to accommodate families with children. After an eventful day, you can relax in our wellness area (in winter, included until the beginning of March; otherwise EUR 10 per person/day) with solarium, sauna, infrared heat cabin and caldarium (heat loungers with solar mist). Our service for you: fresh bread rolls daily at your flat door! Your advantage as our guest: We are a partner rental company/business of the Reit im Winkl Swimming Card. This gives you the opportunity to receive additional free services in addition to our own services, such as free admission to the Reit im Winkl outdoor pool and the Kössen forest swimming pool. We are also a partner rental company/operator of the Benzeck ski lifts. This means that, in addition to our own services, you can enjoy other free services such as free travel on the Benzeck lifts in winter (EUR1.00 contribution towards costs).
Environment description
Ideally located at the end of a dead-end street, it is only a 5-minute walk to the centre of Reit im Winkl or to the entrance to the extensive network of hiking trails or cross-country skiing tracks. Excursions to the Chiemgau, to Lake Chiemsee or to the neighbouring Tyrol and Salzburger Land will make your holiday in Reit im Winkl an unforgettable experience.

Arrival Description
Leave the A8 Munich-Salzburg motorway at the Bernau exit and turn left in the direction of Grassau - Marquartstein and from there continue in the direction of Reit im Winkl. Through the village past the church in the direction of Tiroler Straße, at Sport "Skihütte" turn right into Birnbacher Straße, after approx. 200 m turn left into Sonnenweg No. 4.
